Shipping policy

ELDRYX ships to supported international destinations. Available shipping methods and costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the contents of your order.

ELDRYX garments are made to order. Most orders require approximately 2–5 business days for production before they are dispatched. Production time is separate from shipping time.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination, selected shipping method, fulfilment location, customs processing and carrier conditions. Any delivery dates shown at checkout or in order communications are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking information will be sent by email once it becomes available. Tracking may take additional time to update after a shipping label has been created.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless checkout expressly states that these charges are included, they are the responsibility of the recipient. ELDRYX does not control or determine these charges.

Products within the same order may occasionally be produced or shipped separately. As a result, an order may arrive in more than one package and on different dates.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If an order is returned because the address was incorrect or incomplete, the package was refused, customs charges were not paid or the recipient did not collect it, additional shipping charges may be required before it can be sent again.
