Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce infrastructure used to operate the Services.

For the purposes of applicable data protection laws, ELDRYX is the data controller of personal information processed for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, except where another provider acts as an independent controller for its own processing.

The ELDRYX website currently allows visitors to generate a Personal Rule Record.

Generating or downloading a Rule card does not require you to provide an email address.

If you voluntarily choose to submit a Personal Rule Record to ELDRYX, we may collect:

  • The alias or initials you provide
  • Your email address
  • The Rule or statement you submit
  • Information associated with the submission

Submission of a Personal Rule Record does not place an order or reserve a product.

Please avoid including sensitive personal information in the text of a Personal Rule Record.

We share information with Shopify because Shopify hosts and operates the ecommerce platform used by ELDRYX.

Fulfilment and shipping providers

ELDRYX uses Printful for product fulfilment.

Information necessary to produce and deliver an order may therefore be shared with Printful and relevant shipping carriers, including:

  • Customer name
  • Shipping address
  • Contact details where required for delivery
  • Product and variant ordered
  • Order information

These providers use this information to fulfil and deliver the order.

Payment providers

Payment and transaction information may be processed by Shopify and/or other payment providers available at checkout.

Payment providers may process information under their own privacy terms and legal obligations.
