Refund policy

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original condition.

To request a return, please contact us at contact@eldryxstudio.com with your order number. You may include the reason for return to help us process your request, but this is not required where your legal right to cancel applies.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, incorrect, or where otherwise required by law.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Items that are worn, washed, damaged after delivery, or not returned in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
