Refund policy

We accept return requests submitted within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in its original condition.

To request a return, contact us at contact@eldryxstudio.com and include your order number. You may also provide the reason for the return to help us process your request, although this is not required where a legal right of cancellation applies.

Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide the applicable return instructions. Please do not send an item back before receiving these instructions, as unauthorised returns may not be accepted or processed.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged or incorrect, or where applicable law requires otherwise.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If the refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and display the refund.

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery or returned in a condition different from how they were received may not qualify for a refund, except where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.

This policy does not limit or affect any mandatory statutory rights that apply to your purchase.
